Links Bridges 100% Fiberglass boardwalks carry people and carts over wetlands, marsh, streams and soft ground without the rot, rust and constant re-decking of wood. At TPC Wisconsin, Links Bridges supplied nearly 1,000 feet of bridges and boardwalks for the course redesign.
Built to retain its structural integrity for 75+ years. Fiberglass does not rot, rust or corrode in wet ground.
No boards to replace and no sealing. The boardwalk stops being a recurring repair project.
Fiberglass is lightweight compared with steel or concrete, so sections can often be set with smaller equipment, which helps in wetlands and tight sites.
A deck molded from real wood planks fits trails, preserves and parks.
Boardwalks are built from custom 100% Fiberglass sections. Single spans run up to 50 feet, so long boardwalks need fewer supports in the water or wetland. At TPC Twin Cities, a 120-foot crossing made in 3 sections replaced a bridge that had piles in the lake every 10 feet, with only 2 sets of piles in the lake.
Widths are 4, 6 or 8 feet standard, with custom widths available, and each section is built to the heaviest load that will actually use it, from walkers to carts and utility vehicles.

Have a wood boardwalk with a sound frame but a rotting deck? BridgeDEX™ 100% Fiberglass deck panels replace the old boards on the existing structure, with the look of real wood and no more rot.
